Your Journey to Renewal Starts Here

Our services

At Renewed Minds Counseling, I offer therapy that meets you where you are, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or simply tired of carrying it all on your own, this is a space to feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools to move forward.

All services are offered virtually to provide flexible, accessible care across North Carolina.

Individual Therapy

I provide one-on-one therapy for adults seeking support with:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Depression and burnout

  • Perfectionism and self-criticism

  • Life transitions and career shifts

Each session is a space for genuine conversation, curiosity, and personalized care. Together, we'll explore what's coming up for you, deepen your understanding of yourself, and discover new ways to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and intention.

Christian Counseling

For clients who desire it, I offer faith integration as part of the therapeutic process. Together, we can draw on your Christian faith and values as we explore what you're experiencing, make sense of life's challenges, and consider how your faith can support you as you navigate them. This approach brings together clinical care and faith in a way that honors the whole person.
